It is rumored that contractors are not to be utilized in Texas due to budget constraints.There are dozer and tractor plow orders on the UTF in the Southern Region calling for Federal only. Contractors are not acceptable.
I thought we had to meet the standard of the USFS and other Fed agancies,so why are we not acceptable?
Engine orders have gone on the UTF specified Federal only also.
