Tips for expressing your concerns to Congress

There are a couple of bills in Congress that those of us in Private Sector are watching, and NWSA has expressed our opinions on.

They are HR 4488 and the language in the bill that states Non Federal Resources. That is the only issue that NWSA has with the bill
and we believe that they need to clarify who is included in "Non Federal Resources" . We truly believe that in the best interest of protecting our environment, and the areas of value such as in the interurban areas they should maintain the capability to utilize the Professional Private Fire Services to assist with that mission. We are a On Call When Needed Resource which makes us an extremely cost effective in a period of draw down of national resources.

Second if the S3020 which has to do with the set asides. There are some issues that NWSA has with HubZones and how they are utilized.
